Terms & Policies

Check-in closes at 6:30pm in peak season and 5pm off-peak.

Check-out is 10am unless otherwise arranged. Outside peak times, if the park isn't full, guests wanting to extend their current stay are welcome to wait (keep on their current site) and pay when the office opens.

NZMCA, CampSaver and All Points members get 20% off powered and seaview powered sites (site price only; extra guests pay full price).

Not available from 18 December to the end of Waitangi weekend, or on public holiday weekends.

We're dog friendly outside 20 December to 15 January, for friendly, well-trained dogs that are always on a lead and cleaned up after. No dogs are permitted from 20 December to 15 January; please call us to discuss.

We ask all guests to leave their cabin or site the way they found it: dishes washed, rubbish in the bins provided, and no excessive mess.

If extra cleaning is needed beyond our normal turnover, a cleaning fee of $150 will be charged to the card on file. This covers things like heavy soiling, smoking or vaping inside, sand or mud left in the cabin, pet hair, or stained linen.

If the fee applies, we'll contact you with details and photos before charging it.

Please contact us for current deposit and cancellation details.
